From the height of 500 to 1500 meters, the highland Bazalt red soil is the perfect place to grow coffee. Cau Dat, the center of Da Lat, Lam Dong province, has the ideal condition to grow traditonal Arabica coffee tree. Cau Dat’s Arabica coffee beans are well-known for strong aroma and pure sourness. Chon Mocha coffee has a slight chocolate flavor, smooth and full body.
The mixed of 10% Chon coffee and 90% Arabica coffee gives a medium body, light sourness, rich in chocolate flavor and sweet aftertaste.
